Overnight Accomodations

ASDSO has secured rooms for Dam Safety 2025 registrants at three downtown Cleveland hotels conveniently located near the convention center. All three hotels offer special rates available only to Dam Safety 2025 registrants until August 29, 2025, or until all rooms have been reserved, whichever comes first. 

The Westin Cleveland Downtown

The Westin Cleveland Downtown is the headquarters hotel for Dam Safety 2025. The hotel is conveniently located just two blocks from the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. The conference rate is $219 per night plus tax. The room block will be available until August 29 or until all rooms are reserved. Please note rooms held for non-registered attendees may be dropped after August 1, 2025.

Hilton Cleveland Downtown

The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is connected to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. The conference rate is $239 per night plus tax. The room block will be available until August 29 or until all rooms are reserved. Please note that rooms held for non-registered attendees may be dropped after August 1, 2025.

Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown

Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown is located adjacent to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. The Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown provides complimentary hot breakfast daily from 6:00 am - 9:30 am on weekdays and 7:00 am - 10:00 am on weekends, plus complimentary evening drinks and snacks from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm every evening at our 5:30 Kickback®. The conference rate is $169 per night plus tax. The room block will be available until August 29 or until all rooms are reserved. Reservations may also be made by calling 1-800-325-0720 and referring to group number 10054619. Please note that rooms held for non-registered attendees may be dropped after August 1, 2025.

NOTE TO ATTENDEES ON ATTRITION
ASDSO is financially liable for all contracted rooms, whether they are sold or not. This is why we respectfully ask attendees to take advantage of the discounted rate and book rooms within the meeting block if possible. Further, rooms that are booked within the block and then canceled after the cutoff date cannot be re-booked by ASDSO attendees. In order to reduce the amount of attrition fees charged to ASDSO, please only book the room nights that you expect to occupy during the conference. We work diligently to give you the best overall experience at the conference and ask for your continued support.

HOUSING SCAM ALERT
Some companies try to scam conference attendees with fraudulent hotel bookings. If you are contacted by a company claiming to be the official housing service for the conference, please DO NOT do business with them. These companies are NOT affiliated with ASDSO. ASDSO does not have an official travel agent, nor does it utilize a guestroom housing service. The only way to reserve a hotel room at the ASDSO group rate is for YOU to initiate contact with one of the hotels directly by phone or online.
