Jesse Pope is a Senior Water Resources Engineer and Project Manager for Stantec. His expertise is in the inspection, analysis, and design of hydraulic structures. His experience also includes preparing Emergency Action Plans, conducting potential failure mode analyses (PFMA), and completing regulatory floodplain analyses. Jesse received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University.
