Matt is a Program Manager with the ODNR Division of Water Dam Safety Program with over 15 years of experience in civil engineering. He holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Norwich University with a focus on geotechnical engineering. His expertise includes hydraulics and hydrology, dam design & design of appurtenant works on dams, modeling for riverine studies and restoration work, and dam breach analysis. Matt is a member of multiple ASDSO committees and co-host of the ASDSO Podcast - A Dam Conversation.
