Leslie Carreiro, City of Asheville - Assistant Water Resources Director.
Previously the Division Manager for Water Production which oversees the management of the watersheds and associated dams. Actively involved in the 2017 - 2020 North Fork Auxiliary Spillway and Dam Improvements project. Currently manageing the City's side of recovery, repair and rehabilitation for both the North Fork and Bee Tree dams.
