Chad is a registered professional engineer with over 20 years of international experience specializing in dam engineering, hydraulic analyses and design, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. His dam engineering experience includes risk characterization, construction, inspection, rehabilitation, and all stages of design for more than 200 dams up to 300 feet high. This experience also includes the design and assessment of large, innovative, and high-capacity spillways and appurtenant hydraulic structures for flow rates up to 1,150,000 cubic feet per second. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University.
