Dawning Wu is a licensed civil engineer with 10 years of experience working with owners of critical wet infrastructure, in areas of dam safety program management, on-site inspections, permitting and regulatory compliance monitoring, and engineering analyses. She graduated from the University of California in Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences and from Carnegie Mellon University with a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She has contributed in both public service and private consulting roles, most recently centering on critical energy infrastructure engineering analyses and structural inspections for hydraulic structures.
