Nicole Wiesner is a Project Manager with nine years of dam safety experience in Freese and Nichols Water Resources Design Group. She has a strong background in dam engineering projects ranging from small privately owned and larger municipal dams. Nicole is experienced in site inspections, rehabilitation design, project management as well as construction inspection of large-scale water resources projects, such as earthen embankment dams, spillways, and concrete gravity dams. Her design experience includes structural spillways, stilling basins, impact basins, emergency spillways, principal spillways, and dam embankments. Nicole also has experience in the development of H&H models, Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) Analysis, Dam Breach Scenarios, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Models, and Emergency Action Plans. Nicole is a registered professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
