James Hilovsky, P.E.

James Hilovsky is the Assistant Chief with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Engineering and a registered professional engineer. Since joining ODNR in 2013, James has managed capital improvement projects including overseeing the statewide dam rehabilitation program. He has successfully led numerous dam rehabilitation projects using various project delivery methods, notably managing ODNR’s first use of the construction manager at risk delivery method at Buckeye Lake Dam. James holds a civil engineering degree from The Ohio State University and has spent the past 17 years in the field of water resources engineering.
