Stephen Kinsley, P.E.

Stephen Kinsley is a professional engineer who works for the City of Columbus, Department of Public
Utilities, Division of Water as the Dam Safety Coordinator. He has held this position since January of
2019. Before that he worked for Distribution Engineering in the Division of Water starting in February of
2015. He graduated from The Ohio State University in December of 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in
Civil Engineering.
