Reuben Sasaki is a registered professional engineer with over 16 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulics. He currently works for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Risk Management Center. He works on hydrologic hazard analyses, probable maximum floods studies, and paleoflood analyses to support risk assessments for USACE’s Dam Safety Program. He has taught undergraduate and graduate hydrology courses at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
