Meg Pierce is the Risk Communication Lead for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New England District. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate potential dam and levee risks to various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Meg was a regulator, where she provided technical direction and coordinated regulation activities at Corps operated reservoirs and hurricane barriers in the New England District. Meg has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, a M.Eng in Civil and Environmental Engineering from MIT, and is a registered professional engineer.
