Adéle L. Braun, PE is a senior engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), serving as the engineering lead for the Corps Water Infrastructure Financing Program (CWIFP) at USACE Headquarters. In this role, she manages the technical evaluation and risk review of complex, large-scale water infrastructure projects seeking federal credit assistance. She also leads USACE’s alternative delivery program, advancing the use of innovative approaches to improve project efficiency across the agency’s civil works portfolio.
Adéle brings nearly 20 years of experience in structural engineering, project delivery, and interagency coordination to these roles, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. In 2024, she spent a year in Washington, D.C., on detail to the U.S. House of Representatives, where she contributed to the development of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) and deepened her longstanding passion for infrastructure policy and legislative strategy.
