Tony Subbio is an emergency management and resilience consultant with over 21 years of professional experience. Tony has helped municipalities, counties, regions, and states enhance their emergency management programs, having led and contributed to projects including all-hazards emergency operations planning, hazard mitigation planning and grant application/management, post-disaster community recovery (long-term) planning, continuity of operations planning, and public health emergency planning. He has particular expertise in floodplain management and flood resilience. Tony has presented on emergency preparedness, hazard mitigation, floodplain management, and program integration at local, state, and national training sessions and conferences. He holds the Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) credential from the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) and the Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) credential from the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM).
