Mahsa Hedayati is a senior geotechnical engineer at FNI. She has 16 years of experience in structural, geotechnical and pavement design engineering. She has worked as a structural engineer on designing oil and gas structures. Her geotechnical engineering background includes consultation and design services for a range of projects, including residential, industrial, infrastructure and water resources. She has been involved with federal, state and water authorities projects, such as levees, embankments and floodwall analysis and design, closure structure design, highway raise and pavement design, pump stations and storage reservoirs. She also has experience with geotechnical instrumentation, data collection, data analysis and long-term performance monitoring of structures
