Melinda Dirdal is a Hydraulic Structures Engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, offering 18 years of experience in dam engineering. She holds a B.S.C.E. degree from Temple University and a M.S.C.E degree from Villanova University. Her expertise centers on the hydraulic and structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete hydraulic structures, with a focus on spillways.
