Andy Baxter is a professional geologist and professional engineer who specializes in performing design of below grade and temporary hydraulic structures for commercial, industrial, and dam applications with 25 years of experience. Mr. Baxter has co-authored FHWA investigation reports and manuals and participates in industry organizations including DFI, ADSC, USSD, and ASDSO. With PTI, he is the chair of the DC-35 Committee and currently guiding the update of the flagship PTI DC-35 document, Recommendations for Prestressed Rock and Soil Anchors.
