Barry M. Puskas, PE, GISP

Barry Puskas serves as the Chief of Technical and Engineering Services at The Miami Conservancy District (MCD) in Dayton, Ohio. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, a licensed professional engineer (PE), and a certified geographic information systems professional (GISP). His responsibilities include providing expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; geographic information systems; flood forecast modeling; flood protection system operations; and the engineering design and analysis related to dam safety and levee safety initiatives.
