Ted Montoya, P.E.

Mr. Montoya is a Design and Construction Engineer with 24 years of experience in the design and construction of dams and hydraulic structures. Mr. Montoya has worked for a number of water utility and mining clients across the world. He has been involved in three large dam raises from the design phase through construction and a fourth during the construction. Mr. Montoya is currently part of the Engineer of Record team for the ongoing Gross Reservoir Expansion construction.
